Use this website only for lawful personal or business enquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, or submit false or misleading information.

We aim to present furniture descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, finishes and photographs accurately. Natural wood grain, stone, fabric, lighting and screen settings can create reasonable variations. Images may include styling items not supplied with the product.

Customers should verify dimensions, doorway and access measurements, material samples, colour, finish and included items before confirming an order.

Availability and displayed prices may change before an order is accepted. A website enquiry or catalogue listing does not reserve stock. The final quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable price, taxes, delivery, installation and other charges. Obvious errors may be corrected before acceptance.

Standard products are existing catalogue items supplied in their listed or agreed specification and may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy.

Customized products are made, modified or sourced for a customer's chosen size, material, colour, configuration or other requirement. Production may begin specifically for the customer, so cancellation and return rights may be more limited. Approved drawings, measurements, samples and written specifications form part of the order.

An order is accepted only when Urban Home confirms it and any required advance or payment is received. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, delivery is not feasible, or a pricing or specification error is identified.

Payment amounts, stages, due dates and methods will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Online payments are not currently active. If introduced, they will be processed by the named payment provider rather than by Urban Home storing complete card credentials.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing may depend on stock, production, customization, access, location and circumstances beyond reasonable control. Installation or assembly is included only where stated in the order.

The customer must provide safe access, accurate delivery details, necessary permissions, and a suitable clear space. Extra handling, failed-delivery or access costs may apply only where communicated.

Customers should inspect furniture at delivery, note visible damage, missing parts or an incorrect item on the delivery record, and notify us promptly with photographs where possible. Concealed defects should be reported as soon as reasonably discovered. We will inspect the issue and determine an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund under the applicable policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our published Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy together with the confirmed order terms. Customized, used, assembled, altered or customer-damaged items may not qualify except where defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

The Urban Home name, website design, product photography, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Urban Home. They may not be commercially copied, republished or modified without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Urban Home is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, transport interruption, road restrictions, strikes, government action, fire, flood or supply disruption. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. Orders already accepted remain subject to their confirmed terms unless the parties agree otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction in Ajmer, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes.
